Costs and Cancellation Policy
We require payment for a session either before you arrive or immediate after the session. Payment can be made by BACS transfer or cash. Please do discuss with us which method is most suitable for you.

On line, via Zoom, secure video call or telephone Counselling £45 per session.
Home visits considered.

I offer concessional rates to trainee student counsellors and student nurses – please ask for details.
If you need to cancel a session please try to to give us as much notice as possible. If you fail to arrive for a booked session or cancel within 24 hours of the session we will charge you the full session fee. At such short notice we would not be able to schedule another client. We will endeavour to always give you 48 hours notice if we need to cancel or change a booked session.
